March 21, 2022 – (Orlando, FL): Mick Golson, Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) president, announced that Teresa Sturges has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Sturges has been with ECS since 2014, starting as controller and serving most recently as senior vice president of finance and administration. She combines her experience in accounting, process improvement, and customer service to ensure that all financial and management processes are followed to ensure positive results for clients and the company.
Golson states: “Teresa is an integral member of our leadership team and her reputation in the simulation industry and Central Florida business community is exemplary. As ECS enters its 25th year delivering technology and training solutions to military, frontline workers, and other commercial clients, Teresa’s analytical approach to best practices will lead us into the next level of innovation and growth.”
Sturges began her career in customer service and understands the importance of meeting clients’ needs. She utilizes her strong regional, technical, and industry connections to unify and enhance the entire organization. With over 20 years of financial and business expertise, she will continue to strengthen internal measures, while enhancing relationships with customers and partners.

Sturges holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in management from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business.
