Virtual Medical Simulation (vMedic)
vMedic is a serious game platform developed to teach and reinforce the concepts of Tactical Combat Casualty Care. vMedic uses game-engine based simulations and state-of-the-art instructional development strategies to support a student’s need to master a variety of competencies and to apply them in unique situations.
vMedic enables single-player and multi-player vignettes where each user may select from a predetermined list of roles and avatars.
The different roles are able to collaborate with each other while treating the same casualty or while separately treating the injured.
