January 14, 2021 – (Orlando, FL) – Waymon Armstrong, CEO & President of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), announced that ECS has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI ML3) for Development v2.0.
