Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) has received a prime contract on the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Small Business Set Aside contract in two domains: the Management and Advisory (M&A) domain and the Technical and Engineering (T&E) domain.

The M&A domain involves a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance and its ability to meet mission goals. The T&E domain provides for technical professional skills that require handling specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government.

“We’re looking forward to providing our world-class services to U.S. federal agencies in support of the M&A and T&E domains,” said Waymon Armstrong, ECS’ founder and CEO. “This award recognizes ECS’ track record as a serious, value-adding contender in government contracting, as well as the GSA’s confidence in our ability to properly support their mission.”

The new OASIS+ program is a suite of six Multiple-Award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contracts with a five-year base period and a five-year option period, designed to help federal agencies meet procurement requirements for services-based solutions.
