Enhancing Strategic Training Solutions for USAF Officers
The Squadron Officer School (SOS) is a unique educational experience for U.S. Air Force (USAF) officers that helps to professionally develop solution-minded and courageous Airmen who are prepared to overcome challenges. ECS is supporting the SOS by developing coursework and subject matter content focusing on the areas of leadership, communication, strategic design, and multi-domain joint warfare.
Students engage in classroom and hands-on application events as well as virtual learning experiences that challenge their individual leadership awareness, foster innovative thinking, provide effective methods for conflict resolution and problem-solving collaboration. This type of training allows graduates to return to their units with the key elements of reasoning required to fly, fight, and win in today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
