ECS exhibits with the Joint Advanced Distributed Learning Co Laboratory and the US Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training & Instrumentation (PEOSTRI) at the 2004 AUSA annual meeting in Washington DC. This forum brings together the best capabilities and technologies the army has to offer active, guard and reserve components, as well as retirees, family members and civilians. ECS begins work on the "Unified Framework for Mobile Learning Technologies" with the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC).
